Flooring Store
We are a full service, family-owned and operated flooring retailer, serving you since 1989. What started out as a family of installers evolved into a supplies warehouse and eventually a full service flooring store. We pride ourselves with our service to our customers.
Floorcraft has no commissioned salespeople. We are trained to make sure our customers needs are met — not our own— and we actually keep our promises. Free, no pressure shop-at-homes are exactly that. Our reputation precedes us. Our large client base constantly brings in new referrals. It reinforces the theory that if you take care of your customers they will take care of you!

- RDReanna DucharmeJan 18, 20251.0Brutal Service! We drove down from Canada to match some hardwood flooring. We thought we were getting wonderful wholesome service as they had a sample that matched our floor perfectly. We ordered the single box (because they stock nothing in store) that cost $250USD/$400 CAD and then drove back down a week later to grab it. When we got it home the colour was not even close to our floor. When we drove back down a third time they compared their sample and again it wasn't even close to what was in the box. Chet unapologetically refused to take the box back or provide a store credit. We will not advise anyone to shop at their store. Extremely unhappy. Edit: called store after they responded to this review, again brutal customer service and lied about how the initial purchase occured. Chet has absolutely horrid customer service! Do not shop here!
