We are a full service, family-owned and operated flooring retailer, serving you since 1989. What started out as a family of installers evolved into a supplies warehouse and eventually a full service flooring store. We pride ourselves with our service to our customers.
Floorcraft has no commissioned salespeople. We are trained to make sure our customers needs are met — not our own— and we actually keep our promises. Free, no pressure shop-at-homes are exactly that. Our reputation precedes us. Our large client base constantly brings in new referrals. It reinforces the theory that if you take care of your customers they will take care of you!

- BGBernie GensweinSep 6, 20231.0In response to Chet, responding to Ryan Genswein: You called following the report of your tile setter and were completely belligerent. We tried to ask questions such as was it the correct location, what did the dog look like (perhaps animal control would be required to prevent anyone from harm by it - no one should face harm from an aggressive dog), etc. You were uncooperative, were not open to any sort of discussion and told us that your company would never do work at our home. The home was empty (no people or animals), we had been gone for 2 weeks and provided the code to enter the home. Our neighbors watching the home have not reported any such animal at our nearby the home. It's unfortunate that you could not find it in yourself to have a rational discussion about the issue and closed to door to working with us - to quote you "we will never send someone back to your home" - and it wasn't even the correct home that was visited. Your response to Ryan's review does not accurately portray your attitude an approach to this situation as you were clear your company would not work with us. Only until a negative review was placed, then all of a sudden you are acting in a way we expected from the start. The two ladies working there are quite good and very helpful, it's too bad you decided to act in this manner as this should have been easy to resolve.
