  From start to finish, I received impeccable customer service. Sara walked me through the various products that would work best in my home. She helped me make a great decision. What is a good product without great installation? I got both at Pocatello Flooring. Zaine (the lead installer) arrived on time with his counterpart Matthew. They demonstrated excellent skill in laying, stretching and attention to detail in the installation process. They respected my home and cleaned up all debris resulting from tear- out to final carpet install. I also found the price point to be in-line with my budget. I shopped around over the last several months before making a decision that I felt comfortable with on all levels. I knew that after my visit to Pocatello Flooring that these folks understand the business they are in and the impact of good Customer Service.

  Recently put in a floor from Pocatello Flooring that turned out fantastic. Sarah was tremendous to work with and Zane, the installer, had the old out and new in - 3 days. Zane was meticulous with all the corners and tough cuts that make or break the looks. So happy with results. Great people to work with.

  They have amazing products to choose from for new floors. They are super nice and checked back with me after the installation to make sure everything was done good. I really appreciate this place and if I need any other flooring needs, they will be my first choice

  Blake came out very quickly after we asked them to give us an estimate on the work. He brought beautiful display panels with lots of carpet options. He was friendly and professional and left the panels with us for a few days to ponder. Pocatello Flooring's initial bid was beyond our budget but after some discussion they were able to meet our financial needs, for which we were very grateful. Sara was great to work with and communicated well and frequently. The installers, George and Cody, were great. They showed up when they were scheduled, were super friendly and nice, did a great job both days they were there. A couple other guys showed up for part of the second day, but we didn't get to know them as well. We noticed a blemish on one of the carpets in one of the rooms. We said we didn't want to "fix" a new rug and asked for a replacement and they quickly worked out those details. When they came a week later, they quickly and efficiently installed that new carpet. Great people to work with and the carpets look beautiful!
