  Blake came out very quickly after we asked them to give us an estimate on the work. He brought beautiful display panels with lots of carpet options. He was friendly and professional and left the panels with us for a few days to ponder. Pocatello Flooring's initial bid was beyond our budget but after some discussion they were able to meet our financial needs, for which we were very grateful. Sara was great to work with and communicated well and frequently. The installers, George and Cody, were great. They showed up when they were scheduled, were super friendly and nice, did a great job both days they were there. A couple other guys showed up for part of the second day, but we didn't get to know them as well. We noticed a blemish on one of the carpets in one of the rooms. We said we didn't want to "fix" a new rug and asked for a replacement and they quickly worked out those details. When they came a week later, they quickly and efficiently installed that new carpet. Great people to work with and the carpets look beautiful!

  Adams crew recently put all new flooring in my house. Carpet and LVP. I loved working with and interacting with each one. Very friendly, and easy going. The work they did was immaculate! Adam is very detail oriented and his crew shows the same inclination. I highly recommend working with Pocatello Flooring. Blake did the bid and he was very fair and also very friendly. Over all it was a great, easy experience.

  Pocatello Flooring did an outstanding job installing LVP flooring throughout our entire house. From start to finish, Sara, the manager, was amazing at coordinating the project and keeping everything on track, along with Blake, who was equally professional and attentive. Their communication and dedication to making sure we were satisfied every step of the way truly stood out. Zane, who handled the installation, was incredible — his attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. The entire team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Pocatello Flooring to anyone with flooring needs.

  Our experience at Pocatello Flooring was great from start to finish!! Their staff was helpful, kind and professional!! Brooklyn and McKenna made choosing and getting our flooring easy and Casey did a wonderful job installing it!! Thank you all! We are so pleased with our new kitchen floor!
