- HJHyrum JessopOct 15, 20251.0This truss plant needs a couple lessons from UTAH!! They don’t organize their trusses. So we’re out organizing trusses in the mud puddles because there’s no room on site. Please guys make it somewhat easy!? This isn’t the first time either!

I drove there as soon as I could, getting there at 4:58pm according to my phone (as a normal working person does). I was greeted by a lady walking out to close the gate who told me they were closed and that I’d have to come back during regular business hours. A) It was technically still business hours, i.e. not 5pm yet. B) I wasn’t there to browse, just wanted to pick up the product I had already paid for. C) Whatever happened to the concept of customer service? Consider me disappointed.
