  I had Younberg Heating and Cooling come out to clean my vents and WOW what a remarkable difference! Highly recommend and priced well!

  The whole experience was great. From speaking with Rhonda on getting scheduled and answering my questions, to the technician David H., who was able to come out earlier than anticipated and got the heat working again!

  Really appreciated David coming out and not only fixing the pro,but also recommended another size of air filter. The service was reasonably priced, I'll be using this company in the future instead of another local service.

  I'm disappointed with the customer service the owner has given. We had a new furnace installed after having to wait 4 days for installation in the middle of winter. After the technician left we found water on the floor from one of the pipes that wasn't attached during installation (my husband put the pipe back on and secured since water was pouring out). I had reached out to the company to chat with someone about the pipe and why we were not able to get member pricing even though we asked about it before paying the invoice. I was told that someone would get back to me, noone did. I called a second time, talked to the same receptionist, was told the owner would give me a call. Instead of calling I received an email basically saying that the job was already done and that was it. I responded to the email, and had waited 5 business days for a reply with no communication. I am very disappointed with how this instance was handled and that the owner couldn't be bothered to call or email a reply back. I won't be using this company again.
