- TMTom and Debbie MagnusonAug 14, 20201.0To bad they is not a zero in the star box. I bought a yard and a half of concrete. They told me it was for foundation. And three months later I took the forms off to start my project and concrete was brittle. It fell apart like it was drywall. I called them Up drew came over to my house and checked out the footings. And he said there are too many variables and actually said this might not even be there concrete when I had the receipt in my hand. Drew talked to his boss and this is what they came up with to help me they would give me 150 bucks towards new and concrete no labor to take out old concrete and reinstall was added in. The next day I talk to Drew the manager ask him if the owner will call me and 30 minutes later Drew call me back not the owner and said that’s all we can do for you our offer stands at 150 bucks. Which cost me with labor and materials $2000. Still wondering why when I asked to speak to the owner he will not talk to me.
