The unit I rented was the 4 Gallon E5 carpet shampooer, this unit did exactly what I needed and more. The pods that were given to me did end up bursting inside the container that was provided but Luke was quick to fix the issue and refund what pods had burst. All in all, great experience, will be a forever customer. Not to mention, $73 for Friday - Monday morning beats anything on the market in terms of performance.
