We had some unfortunate problems with PRIOR shoddy plumbing installed when the building was built. It involved leaks into a very angry downstairs neighbor’s bathroom lights. It wasn’t pretty, but Joe worked wonders with the neighbor, the HOA, and us to get it resolved peacefully. We’ll definitely use Master -especially Joe - again!
