  Huge shoutout to Harley from Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for absolutely knocking it out of the park! He gave our HVAC system a deep clean and got it running like it just came off the showroom floor—cool air, smooth operation, and ready to take on summer like a champ.   Update: Harley from Wickstrom came out on a Sunday when we really needed help and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the repairs and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Really appreciate the reliability and willingness to come out on a weekend—that kind of service is hard to find. #BuiltNotBought

  I had a great experience with our recent preventative plumbing and water heater inspection. Sam PakJake was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly check everything and explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how he walked me through potential issues, offered honest opinions, and provided clear quotes for any recommended fixes—without any pressure. It gave us a lot of confidence in the condition of our home and helped us plan ahead. Overall, excellent service and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam again or recommend him to others.

  Wickstrom installed a new water main in conjunction with a new well drill. They used trenchless equipment to go under asphalt, flower garden, sidewalk, and garage floor before entering through the basement foundation. They worked with the well drillers to complete the job efficiently. Alex, Kadence, Max, Cody, and Chance were wonderful. Extra kudos to Max for therapy in a stressful situation!

  The water main for my house broke. I was not sure how you deal with 80 - 100 feet of tubing which is 4 feet underground. I called Wickstrom. They sent out Alex, that day, to scope the job, explain the details and go over pricing. Explained they have several methods to accomplish the job. They start with the easiest, then if it fails, move on to the next method. That even if they have to do this, the price is still the original price I agreed upon. He gave advice about unrelated plumbing stuff with my house. Very informative. To do the work, they sent out Max and Kody. Awesome guys. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. Even when the job served up more than one difficulty, they didn't hesitate to move on to what had to happen next. The difficulties increased the time required and they stayed working until 7 pm on a Friday night to make sure I had the water turned on. They even entertained my curiosities as I pestered them throughout the job. Explaining what they were doing and why. After the inspection, they filled in the excavations so well that it looks like they were never here. They even got all the dirt back in the holes. Something I never manage to accomplish when I dig. True pro's. My main is now replaced, my water back on, and it cost me what they told me it would cost in the very beginning. It was great service. I will use them in the future.
