  While installing a new sliding glass door, we found some mold that need to be remediated before the install could continue. I called RestoPros and within minutes I was on the phone with the owner and tech and we came up with a plan. The next week Josh arrived at our appointment on time and took care of the problem professionally and with a great attitude. I highly recommend RestoPros of Boise & Treasure Valley!

  Thank you Restopros! Josh was truly great to work with! Hard working young man! I had flood in my home a month ago, i started soaking up water best i could with some towels and such but it was beyond me and i knew it. They dried up my home and even get into the crawlspace! It was so small down there! They made it look easy and were courteous every step of the way. Thank you Restopros!

  We noticed some of our wood flooring in the kitchen begin to buckle, and found that some plumbing underneath the sink was loose causing some water damage from the past couple days. Josh was able to quickly swing by and thoroughly explain their recommendation of applying moisture-pumping mats to the affected areas. After about a week he was able to confirm that the moisture levels throughout the kitchen had normalized. They then went ahead and cut out and replaced the bottom cabinet surface that had been most affected by the leakage. While it wasn't convenient to live with their loud fans blowing night and day for so long, it was still the best case scenario since we didn't have to completely rip out and replace any cabinetry or flooring. Thanks to their quick responsiveness, RestoPros helped make this inconvenience as painless as we could've hoped.
