He was knowledgeable and went the extra mile by explaining how to monitor a water heater’s expansion tank, explaining where to use different types of caulk, and the merits of tub fixture versus diverter replacement. Master Plumbing’s prices beat the competition, and Jim was great to work with. I’ll be requesting him whenever we have another plumbing need.
