  Obi, Bon, David and Colton were exceptionally when installing our houses 2 new systems. An 11 hour install (fixing ducting problems with the original installation) was handled with smiles and a concerted effort to do it right! I can't recommend Bill's Heating and Air highly enough. A great team of positive people giving it their all to make you feel like this is how they would do it if they were working on their own houses!

  Fantastic group of guys! My heater went out and I called Bill's and they were out same day to check it out. I knew it was going to be bad because I had it repaired 3X in the last 4 years each time being told to replace it Rob came out and confirmed my thoughts. He put the estimate in front of me for repair, replace the heater and also the AC. After taking 1 look it was an easy decision. I wanted everything replaced to start new with both the furnace and AC. The amount was considerably less than I had in mind and the quality and experience was amazing. The install crew went above and beyond. David, Colton, Bon, James and Russ were the best!!! I have a nest to control the temperature. They looked at it and knew it needed 5 wires connected to keep it working properly and it only had 3 connected. They took it upon themselves to run a wire down to my crawl space and connect it correctly. The units are all inside a closet in my house. The heater and AC was too close to the left side making it very difficult to work on. The on off switch was hidden and I wasn't able to get to it. They built a 3 inch pedestal to place it on and moved it a couple feet away from the wall making it far easier to get to and now I have an on off switch. I am so impressed with Bill's there is a sign in front of my house. My neighbor and brother in law will also be using Bill's when the time comes. Thank you so much! Jim*

  Kevin Newton was amazing very friendly and was very knowledgeable about our old furnace from 2001. We knew going into this call there may be a chance we needed a new furnace air conditioner and water heater. He took our whole furnace apart to even get into the furnace to take phots of how bad it was. Now that’s AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He treated us like family and in my eyes your company is top notch. Thank you Kevin and Bill’s Heating and Air for coming on a weekend and be honest and truthful about out system. One last thing I would like to add is know we don’t have heat right now he offered to get us space heaters if we needed them. That was very thoughtful. We did have some until heaters until our new furnace air conditioner and water also heater is installed.

  We had an issue with our furnace and called Bill’s Heating and A/C, and I’m so glad we did! They were incredibly responsive and had a technician at our home within just a couple of hours. Kevin was our technician, and he did an outstanding job. Even though the issue ended up correcting itself while he was inspecting the furnace, he didn’t just pack up and leave. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection of the entire unit, carefully checking everything and taking multiple pictures to document what he found. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was truly in good working order gave us real peace of mind. Excellent service all around — we highly recommend Bill’s Heating and A/C!

  The technicians from Bills heating and A/C came.out today to replace our old HVAC unit. Honestly, these gentlemen were amazing. Jimmy, Russ and David were very professional and explained everything I could expect during the install. My dogs can be a bit much with people coming in and out of the house but they were so patient with the never ending sniff session. The technicians were respectful of my property and I never felt uncomfortable in the slightest. At the end of their job, they gave me a bit of a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat and a tour of the new system. A new high efficiency HVAC system is always going to be an expensive investment for your home. We feel we paid a great price and got an exceptional service experience. I'm glad my husband and I made the decision to go with Bills and look forward to working with them in the future.
