- MEMADLYN EISELE2 days ago5.0I was having an issue with my gas fireplace fan not working and overheating. I called another place initially and was told that it would be 2 weeks before someone could come out to diagnose the problem and also the service charge, just to diagnose, was $275. I then called Bill’s Heating and Air and they said that someone could come out within the next half hour and the service charge was less than half of the previous place. Jose arrived within a half hour as promised and did a thorough inspection of the fireplace, cleaned it out for me and explained how everything worked. He discovered that the fan was not working and in phone conversation with his supervisor to get a cost estimate for a replacement part, it was determined that the part was not faulty but rather was not properly installed when new (2 years ago). He quickly corrected this instead of just ordering and charging me for a part that was not necessary. Very impressed and appreciative of their integrity and professionalism! Thank you!

Not only did I dread this moment for months, but I was constantly reminded by various fix-it people about my need to replace my whole system. After meeting with multiple people about the cost of their system/ how fancy it all was, I got the lowest price, great service, and a HVAC I know is going to last me a long while from Bill’s. Each of the installers were professional, curtious, and efficient in removing my 15 year old system. Highly recommend this business and their services. I’ve got a new HVAC company for sure!
