  Bill’s Heating and Air-conditioning was very friendly and helpful for our needs! When anther company told us we needed a new air conditioning system and said they couldn’t flush our water heater, we sought a second opinion from Bill’s. We ultimately decided to replace the heating and ac system along with the water heater. The four person team, Chris C., Obi G., Gavin M. and Bon M. worked well together and completed their jobs professionally. All of them were very polite, covered the floors, cleaned the work areas and were finished in about 4.5 hours.

  The technician was great. While inspecting the unit he cleaned it, made sure everything was operational and explained what he was doing and why. A different company was going to charge us over $800 for service the unit did not need. We are so glad we called Bill's Heating and Air.

  Bill's Heating & A/C is our first time using them. We had a good experience with Chris C., Gavin M. and David C. installing our new Dual heating system. They were very informative after installation. They cleaned up well after they are done. Chris had great customer service in asking if I had any questions before leaving.   The people at Bill's were great. The manager took me on a tour of the warehouse and gave me insight to how they do business. They installed a new HVAC system in my rental with my mother in law. I stopped by and met the crew - outstanding... My mother in law said everybody was great and they took the time to explain how the system works and how to operate the thermostat. Thank you Chris C. / Gavin M. / Bon M. Their work was beautiful as well. I would highly recommend Bill's Heating & A/C if you need service or a new system.

  Nobody wants to have to pay for a new furnace and A/C let alone 2, but the guys at Bill's made it as pleasant as they could. David, Colton, Obi, Chris, Bon, Gavin and a several other guys I can't remember showed up at 730 and made short work of removing 2 old systems and installing the new ones. They answered all my questions and kept my house as clean as is reasonable with a removal and install. They came fully prepared for the job and then some, a competitor (same name as a furniture store) was doing an install a couple of houses down and ran out of Nitrogen and had to ask the platoon of Bill's guys at my house if they could "borrow" some. I think the install went well overall and they were out of my hair by 330, not too shabby. Oh, also David pretty much ran me through setup of the thermostats and set me up so I didn't have to fumble through it by myself.
