Had a 25 year old(OG) heater, water tank, and ac unit that needed replacing. Barak and Obadiah came and tackled the job with great detail and professionalism. Barak was very thorough in answering my questions and walking me through the operation of the New system. These guys went above and beyond to ensure ductwork was secured and that the system was working optimally. Lots of crawling in our crawl space over two days. I really appreciate how clean of work these guys did, no messes and left the areas they worked in better than when they found them. I would definitely use these guys again! Top tier work from a group of Fantastic guys. Shout out to Stew also for being a fantastic rep for this project. Thoroughness was the focus of every person involved. Very satisfied!

Bill’s just finished installing a new furnace and a mini-split at my house, and they absolutely delivered. I met with a few companies beforehand, but David from Bill’s immediately stood out. He spent almost two hours inspecting every part of my existing setup before even talking numbers. He walked me through the options, answered every question, and they even sent additional team members ahead of installation day so nothing would be a surprise.
I went with a 96% efficient York system, and it’s genuinely impressive. It’s silent, the temperature doesn’t drift, and the air actually smells clean. They also put in a Mitsubishi mini split in my addition, which used to be either too hot or too cold. Now it’s perfectly balanced.
For context: I live in a 75-year-old home and I’ve upgraded pretty much everything over the years. I’m used to the disconnect between what a rep promises and what installers actually do. This was the opposite. Bill’s sent a team of specialists—each one focused on their part of the project. They were respectful of my space, kept everything clean, and the level of detail in their work was noticeably higher than what I’ve experienced with other contractors.
I highly recommend Bill’s. Great people, excellent service, and for the first time in a long time, my house is genuinely comfortable. Thank you.

We used Bill‘S Heating And Air Conditioning service for the first time today for an HVAC check up. Alex Hathaway serviced our HVAC system. He was highly knowledgeable and professional. The services were provided on time and very reasonably priced. Shannon and Michelle in the office were also very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
Based on the excellent service provided by Bill‘S Heating and A/C, we decided to install an entirely new HVAC system. The system was installed by Drew Bickish with assistance from Derek, Bon, and Tiel Millett.
They did an excellent job installing the system which received a complete approval by the knowledgeable county inspector who approved the installation. The price was very reasonable. The system is easy to operate. And is a little higher than 96% efficient in its operation.
We were very satisfied with every aspect of Bill‘S Heating and A/C.

I was highly impressed with Bill’s heating and air conditioning. First on their offer of a free tuneup. I had had problems with Diamond Heating and Perfect Plumbing in the past And wanted to find someone new.
When David came out, he did a thorough tuneup of my system and put in a filter. He then showed me how the prior above heating and air-conditioning. People had truly messed up my system. There was rust everywhere and many things Installed right, including my system, not having an inspection sticker from the state of Idaho.
When the installers come after, I decided to buy a new system they were as friendly and nice as can be And very helpful They were going to use the stairway to my attic and I said well you can bring down my Christmas decorations and they gladly agreed but I told them I was kidding
David W and Colton S were very informative on the installation and did an excellent job. David both David’s taught me. About my system and how the other big names I had used had misled me. So far, I’m very happy and would not hesitate on calling them again.
