  We searched local bath remodels because we have found we get better, friendly service and pricing than franchises. Jesse and his crew did not disappoint. They offered various priced choices and replaced the small stall shower in our 50 yr. old master bath. While we experienced shipping delays out of their control, they maintained communication with us and promptly responded to our contacts. It looks fabulous and is so much more efficient! Their installers and plumber were professional and made sure they did what we wanted. They were able to increase the water pressure and stop the issue of being scalded in the shower if another faucet is turned on or the toilet is flushed. We had a small leak around the door, and they came out the next day to fix it. Having replaced another shower ourselves, it's worth the money to have them do it right. I highly recommend this business!

  We hired Jesse and Custom Bath Solutions to remodel our kitchen and bathroom this past summer. Jesse and his team were knowledgeable, easy to work with and consistently checked in to make sure we were happy every step of the way. As with any remodel, there were a few minor setbacks that were outside of Jesse’s control, but he handled them professionally—pivoting to other tasks to keep the project on schedule and within budget. We truly can’t say enough about Jesse and his team. They completely transformed our kitchen and bathroom and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. I included photos of our kitchen before and after, which speaks for itself and shows what amazing work custom Bath solutions does! Highly recommend them for any kitchen or bathroom remodel.

  Custom Bath Solutions was recommended to me by Nampa Flooring... because I wanted to do a mini makeover of my master bathroom, prior to a new flooring install. And I was definitely pleased with the outcome and the friendly, professional service from start to finish! Steve was very helpful in getting everything setup for a tub-to-shower conversion... and yes, it really can take place in just one day! A walk-in shower that looks amazing and is easy to maintain... that's the best outcome. Thank you to all of you-
