- COCody OswaldNov 1, 20242.0I usually like getting my parts and equipment from ferguson, the boise locations are great but the customer service in the mccall location is lacking. I don't remember his name but the older man with the dark beard and glasses at the counter always has an attitude, and acts like I'm an inconvenience. Sighs when I tell him the next part i need. Or has a stance and look like im annoying him. I've been buying from that location for years and he's always had the same attitude. I'm just tired of it. I never have that experience from any other location.
