They answered all my questions and were both very polite during the time they were here. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting a duct cleaning!

- KMKenny MazzantiMar 25, 20261.0Unreliable service appointments. I made an online appointment for 10:00 am. The technician wasn't here at 1:00 pm. Their response is that they schedule for a 4 hour window from 10am to 2 pm because they can't predict when the technician will get done with the previous job. So, if you have a 10 am doctors appointment, do they say "The doctor should be with you sometime between 10 and 2. We can't predict when he might be done with his last appointment?" Who would put up with that? The cost of filters is outrageous- over $500 this trip, but if you don't buy their filters and have them install them, then it voids the warranty.
- MSMarjorie ShaubMar 12, 20265.0Rick came out to the house to repair my furnace this afternoon. The first thing was my pomeranian was attracted to him and she's normally timid around strangers. This told me he's a good person. He worked on the furnace and found that I need a new pressure switch. Most times repairmen tell you that you need a part but not specifically what it is if your a female. I felt he treated me like person not just another call. Thanks for sending Rick to fix my furnace and when the part becomes available I hope the repair person is just as wonderful.
