  I cannot let this go since the recent service person for our furnace said he had the issue with his. We have this furnace for about three years. It is a Goodman Furnace that Home Heating & Air Conditioning installed for us. I have repeatedly let this company know that this furnace creates an excessive amount of dust when it is running. The reply to me is that first it was in my head and or I needed maybe a more sophisticated filter system to correct the problem. Well, I bought that very expensive sophisticated filter system and I still have the dust. I am not talking about a little bit of dust and I am dusting every day to just stay on top of it. The dust filters into everything. The thing is, we have talked to every single servicer person who has come out to service the furnace and they have many excuses like well you use a humidifier. We had an air filter/humidifier but have not used it when they first said that to us which has been about two years. I am so disappointed in their responses as this furnace is a nightmare and I just want to be sure that I go on record with my concerns and disappointment as we paid really good money for this furnace and the now sophisticated filter system.

  My extremely old gas furnace went out and my wife is pregnant with our first child so I knew I couldn't rely on space heaters for this Idaho winter weather. I got a few quotes around the area for the same new unit or other units that would work in my extremely old house. I wish I could remember the salesman and techs name, but they went above and beyond to ensure I got the best unit for my house and family. They also came up with the best system to install a furnace that heated the whole house instead of just the one room the heat would come out of originally. They also chose a system that could easily connect to A/C as well so id have perfect temperature control over the whole house and they definitely delivered that system. They were quick and professional even with the extra work it took to make it work in this odd house. Thank you all so much for comfort i never thought id have in this house!

  James and Abraham did an outstanding job with our duct cleaning service! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done properly and cleanly. You can tell they really take pride in their work.
