Tried to order trusses and I signed them while I was with him, we kept calling to see when he can get them to us, he said 3 weeks. When the time came closer we called for our while package then said we didn't sign off on trusses???? Apparently he can't order unless you confirm with him 3 or 4 times. Now we're are behind. Again bad for small business.
