WARNING To bad this review has to be re written do to girl Chelsea that thinks she knows how to run a business. When actuality she is ruining the business of lumber liquidators. Some pretty shady business going on with this company. To start they sell you the flooring then want you to sign away all your rights relieving them from any and all wrongdoing which makes no sense at all. So why is this I mean if you buy a piece of wood and they sell you that piece of wood and everyone is happy that that piece of wood is sold then before they give you that piece of wood they say o- ya we need you to sign all this paperwork as if it’s a friggin house mortgage and if you don’t sign well then we will not be giving you that piece of wood this is why something really fishy is going on with this company. Take this as a fare WARNING TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY. I will be finding out who owns this company and I hope when they find out whats going on they do what needs to be done and loose the thing that is bringing the business LUMBER LIQUIDATORS DOWN. This rereview does not reflect how Blake done his job. Blake was the salesman and he was awesome he knows how a customer should be treated. To his boss. Blake adds worth to the lumber liquidators name he deserves a raise

The experience with LL Flooring was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The issues began when they attempted to use a self-leveling compound, which ended up leaking through our subfloor, causing a mess in our basement. Instead of taking responsibility and attempting to correct the situation, they proceeded with the installation, resulting in an incredibly uneven floor with quarter-sized gaps. When they moved to another section that required the removal of glued-down flooring, we encountered uneven pockets from pieces of the subfloor coming up. Concerned about the integrity of the floor, I requested an estimate to replace the subfloor, especially as this section was above a finished basement. However, instead of discussing options, I returned to find them halfway through installing the floor by applying layers of paper and glue before installing the wood on top, without prior consultation. The lack of attention to detail extended beyond the flooring itself. The finish work was subpar, with putty smeared everywhere on our staircase, and the trim was poorly installed, leaving noticeable gaps. We were left with the unexpected task of removing and reinstalling the trim ourselves, despite it being part of their job. When we raised these concerns with the manager, we were met with a shocking response. The manager claimed that their employees weren't carpenters and that finish work wasn't their strong suit. Overall, our experience with LL Flooring has been a costly and frustrating lesson. Despite opening a claim and requesting a different contractor to fix the problem, the original contractor was sent back. Although they fixed a small section of the kitchen floor that had too much depth sway, it was done to very low expectations. Consequently, we now have a very expensive floor with dips and creaks in multiple areas. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a company that truly values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. Update: After several months, I am changing my rating to 1 star because the problems have only become worse, and we are constantly reminded of the poor craftsmanship and overall poor installation quality.
