Extremely detail oriented, and they worked with us on timing to get it done before we moved in. Next we had them put in LVP in a few rooms. The contractor they used didn't quite finish up a few things, and Nate came right out to review it and made sure it got finished and we were given a credit. We were planning to put in some new carpet, and Nate offered great suggestions on the best options to fit our circumstances. When we had an issue come up that prevented us from putting in the carpet, they worked with us and were nice enough to fully refund our deposit on stock carpet. They clearly care about their reputation and do a good job taking care of their customers.

I purchased LVP for an apartment that I’m doing. They recommended a great product that I think will last for a long time! Not to mention the sound absorbing underlayment. I had no idea there was such a thing. My son went there and got his flooring for his entry, family room, dining room, and kitchen, and it looks absolutely amazing! They have high-quality products and help explain things so that you get exactly what you’re looking for! I will be going there again!
