  Elite roofing did an amazing job on our roof and gutters. Very professional team communicated with us through out the whole project. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing!!

  Employees drive like drunks. 7 am and we have a meathead looking to find some snow to plow. He almost side swiped another vehicle, and drove like he was King Kong of 17th Street in the middle of the road. Taking up a left hand turn lane to go straight? He didn't care he owned the road. Seriously get him off the road.

  The owner did not support his job site supervisor’s guarantee. They installed the equivalent of decorative metal as snow brakes. When I questioned the job site supervisor about what he was installing, he argued that they install these in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming and they’ve always held up. When I pushed further I was told not to worry, they’re guaranteed. A year and a half later they failed, stripped away most of the brakes, scratched the roof metal, took out the fence, my neighbor’s trees, and damaged the siding on my house. They suggested I file an insurance claim and then they would take care of it. I could barely get them to return my phone calls, give me a bid, they wouldn’t return my money, or even cover my deductible claiming the guarantee was only for 1 year (not what the on-site supervisor said.) The material failed and I had been dismissed when questioning its viability before it was even installed. In response to the response: Thanks for sealing the holes that were ripped into my metal roof from the inferior product you installed. There was only approximately 3’ of snow (not excessive) when your so-called brakes did not hold. I should not have had to hire someone to shovel my roof because it is rated for a lot more weight! Proper brakes are so you don’t have to shovel. Bottom line, those were not brakes! Additionally, when they were installed, 3 of them were not trimmed and hung past the roof line! Sloppy. The supervisor was rude and condescending, no surprise he no longer works for you. That said, turns out he said untrue things about the product and guarantee while representing your company which you did not honor. No one from your office ever called me back with an estimate, so I had to go with another contractor. You guys dodged my calls and texts more times than I can count. At the very least, you should have covered the deductible.
