- MPMatt Pro (Pro92)Mar 12, 20261.0If you have any other possible supplier, even if it’s Home Depot or Lowe’s, I recommend using them before going here. Multiple times I have come and ordered trim only to make it back to the warehouse to find it’s not in stock. Then you have to go back to the front desk and get a refund. There is a serious problem with the way the inventory is done. It’s a huge time waster. Once you do find the product you think you need they send you a mile away to another warehouse to pick it up and it’s a completely different material from what the salesman told you. I’m sure somebody will respond to this review and say that it has been sent to management, but nothing will change. You can tell the employees are openly frustrated with the whole system they come right out and tell you.

I called today to make sure they had enough for my project and thought I would ask for the price I was told $8.50. Of course i was not happy about it. So I asked to speak to a manager and they were in a meeting I have called multiple times and even left a message for the manager on his phone to call me. I have not recieved a phone call. Guess they dont need my business

I truely cant even understand how these people even keep their jobs. DO NOT RECOMEND VERY INCOMPETENT!!!
