She was polite and enthusiastic to assist. Kenny, the technician showed at the time scheduled, was very polite and determined the issue with the heater quickly. He had the part in his vehicle and had us back up and running in no time I can’t express how professional, timely and knowledgeable the whole team at Temperature Pro was! We have heat again!

Kenny was extremely efficient and patient with explaining what the issue was. He also was very patient with any of the kiddos that were curious and wanted to know what he was doing. I did not want to use the big name companies, so I chose TemperaturePro since they had such glowing reviews. Thank you Haley for getting me scheduled in such short notice! An even bigger thank you to Kenny! He is super professional and you can tell he knows what he's doing. He diagnosed the problem with a multimeter, found the problem right away, and even had the part readily stocked in his work van. Kenny is easy to be around, and he let me and my dog hang out to watch and chit chat. He found some other things that needed attention in the future (that we are going to take care of with this company) but I didn't feel pressured in any way shape or form. We ended up doing a subscription where they come out once a year for inspection, a discount on parts, preferred scheduling, etc. and it comes out to less than $19/month. I only wish I found them sooner because this could have been prevented! Big thank you to Kenny!
