They scheduled for a tech to come out the same day, actually within a few hours. The tech was efficient and professional, explaining to me the problem and had it up in running in no time. I have worked as a tech for 45 years in a different field and have literally worked with dozens of tech, some good and some bad. I felt our guy was knowledgeable and trustworthy, something you don't find everyday. This guys are awesome!

She was polite and enthusiastic to assist. Kenny, the technician showed at the time scheduled, was very polite and determined the issue with the heater quickly.
