  Outstanding company from start to finish for floor, sheetrock, trim replacement and painting from a hot water tank flooding. They coordinated well with a couple seasoned quality contractors. They are honest, reliable, excellent communication, and assured our satisfaction throughout the project. They were recommended to be by a trusted local business.

  Dave and Steve are communicative and kind. They make sure that the job gets done quickly and check on the work being done in person, even if you don't live in the immediate area.   I'm a 79 year old man who live 600 miles from the home I have in Coeur d'Alene, where a neighbor's tree fell on the shop/garage and smashed in the roof, siding, and a window. I called several places for estimates, which required different contractors. No one would take on the job but a company called creekside. I didn't even get an estimate, I was so glad to find someone who knew the ins and outs of the complex damages and values I got from the insurance company. I did know that the estimate seemed awfully low after I'd seen photos of the damage. I asked them to take over and do what is necessary. I could go on about the reams of paper details I got from the insurance that didn't cover the damages. However, after a month or so, I have a brand new looking shop/garage! They even painted it because it had metal siding and the new colors didn't match the old! If anyone in the Coeur d'Alene area has a tree fall on any building or other structure(like your house), don't waste you time. Call Dave and Steve at Creekside Construction and they can handle it. This may seem like an advert, but it's simply gratitude for a job well done that cost me only my $500 insurance deductible.

  Derek managed our remodel while we were snowbirding in AZ last winter. What an amazing experience! We completely remodeled our patio home, from flooring to interior and exterior painting, roofing, kitchen, bathrooms, doors, all new doors, plumbing, and electrical. He kept us up to date via text, phone, and video throughout the process; made recommendations where we were not sure; and made the entire process worry-free. All of his subs were courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Creekside without reservation!
