I've been waiting over 6 months for a replacement slider door panel that was defect upon installation. They are not responding to me or my better business bureau complaint. I'll be disputing the charge for the door on the Wells Fargo account obtained through them. I can confirm other reviews that the lady there is rude. They don't take responsibility for their screw ups. I would say you get what you pay for but I paid for a new, defect free sliding door with a warranty, and I didn't even get that.
