  We met with Jace today to get a quote on replacing our windows. He was polite , professional, and knowledgeable. He spoke to us about the window quality, options, installation process and was able to give us a quote the same day. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

  We really enjoyed working with Elevated to replace 45-year old wooden windows throughout our home. Ian and the staff at Elevated were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall were great to work with. Everything from sales, to measurement, to install went smoothly and the team from Elevated went above and beyond at every step of the way. We are so happy with the results.   Update from my wife Sheryl’s review. This company installed 5 windows, all of the windows have large gaps that have no weather stripping. Contacted the company several times, NO RESPONSE. Contacted the sales person Jace, he came right out and concurred there was a problem. Said they would be out in a couple days to install the missing weather stripping. 2 days later called and said they were out and would have to order. Here we are a month later, we keep asking, they keep ignoring. I don’t recommend this company, very unhappy, doing the weather stripping myself now. Awful customer service! Giving them one star since zero wasn’t an option.

  The team from Elevated Windows and Doors did a fantastic job with our home. Jolayne, Ian, and Tyler were very knowledgeable and professional to work with. They replaced our front door and two other exterior doors. We paid a little more for quality doors and energy efficiency which I think will pay off in the long run. Several neighbors have asked us to give us the name of our vendor because they like the doors so much. We are pleased!
