  Called and had an appt in the same day. Windows appear to be of great quality and the owner appears to have extensive knowledge to draw from. We’re going with Elevated!

  Still in process, but just signed contract for full frame replacement in all windows in my home (20 total). Consultation with Jace went great. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions (and I had plenty). Once project is done, I will come back and add how that process went

  Met Jace and Ian at the Twin Falls Home and Garden show and easily scheduled time for an estimate. What I got was a full consultation of what would fit what I’m looking for and a detailed explanation (with models) on how their products are made and all their features. I’ve got a lot of work to do and a pretty strict budget, but Jace was willing to sit were me and go through multiple scenarios and quotes (for over an hour!) until we figured out a plan that would work. I’m especially excited about the security features on their sliding glass doors- will update post-install!
