  Treasure Valley Plumbing did an outstanding job for us yesterday. They fixed a kitchen sink that has been backing up since we purchased our home,. The plumber quickly identified the problem, cleared the blockage and corrected the plumbing configuration, and now the sink drains perfectly. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how they were fixing it. The work was completed efficiently and everything was left clean and in great condition. It is such a relief to finally have this issue resolved after dealing with it for so long.   I have used these Guys for years at my home and on all jobs that I am at where plumbing needs to be done right. ALL my customers who I recommend Treasure Valley out to has always used them over and over.

  This time they didn’t thoroughly do the job. It’s the same after they left as what it was when we called for the drain to be cleaned. Gurgles and backup. I’ve also asked for a quote to replace my sewer line in 2020 and again in 2026. Never received one either time. I would have been just as well to burn my money. Previously we had good luck with this company, maybe they are just using inexperienced employees at this time.
