- THTheresa HoffmanDec 9, 20255.0We needed a new dishwasher installed. Wickstrom was happy to help. However, the install was much more than Bo and Sam realized until the install started. The install kit from the dealer was not complete because they sold us the wrong kit for this dishwasher, so they went to Ace Hardware to get the correct part. Then they found that the original cabinet hookup holes made by the builder for the plumbing was not large enough for the lines needed so they had to cut a larger access hole. There were other problems, that I don’t completely understand, but it took Bo and Sam hours to troubleshoot in getting my dishwasher hooked up. Even though most people would be frustrated both men kept their sense of humor and pleasant friendly demeanor the whole time. I kept apologizing for how difficult this install was but they kept reassuring me with a smile that “this is what we are here to do”. They did an amazing job and would HIGHLY recommend this team and company for work you may need. We purchased their service plan and became a member for any of our future plumbing needs. I recommend you do as well! Regarding price? not sure how to answer that since I have not ever needed a plumber but it seemed reasonable especially since they had to put so much time into this job.

They were able to keep me calm and walk me through each step and were right there when I had any questions. This was a big deal to me. I had a leak in the main line from the meter to the house and needed to be replaced. They were in and out in a day. Problem solved.. I have to give a shout out to the gals in the office as well. They took my calls and were very knowledgeable and nice. Walked me through the financing process with ease. Thank you to everyone and Merry Christmas!! Harley and Doug did a great job Harley cleaned my air returns and did a furnace service. Thank you
