- WFWyonia FarnerOct 28, 20255.0Corbin Clancy and his partner arrived at our home 9:16 am, 10/28/2025, to install our Bryant heating furnace as a replacement of our broken down unit. Corbin and assistant were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They worked hard, as the old Bryant unit was different than the new unit. They had to modify all connections, and re-route as the heating elements on the old was to the top of the unit, and the old unit was to the bottom. They did a great job, we now have a cozy warm home due to their installation in a timely manner. We recommend ACI AS YOUR PROFESSIONAL COMPANY FOR SERVICES NEEDED. We went through American Home Warranty insurance. ACI was the better as far as service and friendliness.

We had them come out because our building was over heating on hot summer days and our customers were suffering. They said they could fix the problem and sold us a $6,000 air unit, didn't help even a little bit (later to find out the unit they replaced cooled our basement unit of the building). We had another company come and really fix the problem, which included some tight fitting attic work to get the equipment we needed replaced and repaired. The $6,000 ACI took from us was nothing short of bad business and thievery. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO AN HONEST COMPANY!!
