We called ACI immediately and he arrived less than a half an hour. in the meantime we shut off the furnace and shut down the breaker to that furnace . It was scary but thank God the whole church did not burn down! Thank you Douglas for being here.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Since I wasn’t present, Gage, the technician, kept open communication with me the entire time. He called on his way to the rental, communicated directly with the tenant, and after the inspection, walked me through the work he completed and his recommendations. He then emailed me the invoice along with photos showing the completed work. Yet another reason I use ACI Northwest for all my heating/cooling needs. I know they do a ton of other stuff, too!

- BLBarry LyonsDec 16, 20255.0Purchased Generac from Costco. ACI is their installer. Everything with ACI was excellent, from the sales person, Jason Huss, to the installation foreman, Travis. They walked through the whole process, took care of the permits, contacting the gas and power company, inspections happened during the two day installation. Actually it's a two step install...2 hours day one (gas), then 4 hours day two for electrical and Generac set up and test. They did a beautiful, clean install. Went over everything with me to confirm I understood how it works. Highly recommend ACI. Well done.
