- DOD otASep 14, 20231.0I've been calling to order parts for the second time this week. No one has answered. Tried calling Spokane.. no answer. In frustration, tried Kalispel, no answer. I am literally on hold as I write this review. I have no idea what their business is, but it sure isn't selling to the public! 😝 First rule of sales, make it easy to take your customer's money. So, this is.. was.. your customer, telling you, I'll do business with your competitor.
- LLLizDec 14, 20211.05 phone calls 7 transfers 2 "we will call you right backs" several different people...All to order a simple shower rebuilt kit listed on their website, I HAD THE PART NUMBER FOR!! 3.5 hours later I am still waiting on a call back and still no part. Most frustrating parts order EVER.

I went down to Ferguson and they didn’t carry the pilot assembly that I needed for my Bradford white water heater, but Jacob went out of his way to contact Bradford white and find the part. He then had it overnighted to me at no charge and I was back in business the next day. They are really awesome here and take care of their customers!
