They put my on the schedule and gave me a time window that was quick and accurate. Jose texted and called me with his expected ETA about 30 minutes before his arrival. Jose arrived and greeted me with enthusiasm, gave me a clear understanding of what work was to be performed, finished the job and exceeded expectations. Prime plumbing was a life savor, and if I could also give Jose 5 stars I would. I am not a guy to leave reviews, BUT Jose and the team at Prime deserved it. Thanks again!!!

- BLBeth LittrellApr 20, 20265.0We got home on Friday from a two week trip, and the next morning, we had a leak under the sink. We turned off the water and called Prime Plumbing this morning. They were able to send Derek within a few hours, and he explained the problem with our RO system, then installed a water pressure "fix" to reduce the wear and tear on our faucets and appliances. From the initial call to the plumber who got us back to having water, this was a professional and courteous company. We will be calling Prime Plumbing for any future issues, and hope to install a water softener soon. VERY satisfied with the service, and pleasantly surprised at the price!

Prime did all of the plumbing for our home and we have had no issues. We decided we wanted a water softener and gave them a call to compare the quote we got from Costco. Guy was extremely helpful, very informative, happy to answer all of my questions and beyond, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted and more for our home for several thousand less than we were quoted from another larger company. We also asked them to install a hose bib on the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier with the service there as well. Aturo did the install of both the softener and hose bib. He was friendly, efficient, and took the care to check in with me to make sure I was happy with the location and appearance of the installed hose bib. We're team Prime now! Thank you all for your help and thoughtful service!
