  Had the team out for warranty work and to install water softener/RO. Guy went the extra mile to ensure all issues were resolved with warranty work and to explain everything about the new system. Arturo and his team knocked out the softener install with absolute professionalism and attention to detail. Really happy customers here!

  We had an excellent experience with Prime Plumbing. They installed a 5 stage Reverse Osmosis, a whole house water treatment system, instantaneous continuous flow for hot water on demand from our water heater. Excellent experience and Guy was awesome to work with, informative, and efficient in the process.

  Guy, Arturo, and Omar were our techs today and they are awesome! We had three major systems installed in one day with precision and in a timely manner. Plus, some extras we simply asked about, and they were diagnosed and resolved on the spot!! Functionality was explained in detailed and by the time the guys left, we knew we were in good hands!! Guy has been our tech since moving to Idaho in 2020. So, we knew the quality of anyone he recommends would be equal to the ability we have come know in Guy!! Use Prime, and ask for Guy, Arturo and Omar. They'll get you up and running!!

  Sorry not sorry for the long post.... As a single dad of 3 girls just trying to make it in this crazy world. Constantly on edge as it is, when life happens you just have to roll with the punches. On Tuesday night while tending to the fam I noticed the water in the bath was increasingly getting colder. I called the landlord and he unfortunately wasn't able to get the plumbers out as it was after hours, to which I said no biggie as it was near the end of bath time routine. First thing the next morning I was promptly called by the appointment setter (im sorry dear I forgot your name 😬 😭) to tell me that GABRIEL was enroute to my house. After asking me what exactly was going (and bless his heart for not making me sound like I was a total idiot) he was able to go in with a gameplan. About 1.5 hrs later he called me back and had the water heater fixed. I was so excited to hear that news!!! When I arrived at home after a long day of saving the world ( just kidding.... I run a car dealership. PSSSSS "come buy a car from me"), I take my shoes off and start getting dinner ready. Mind you its 7pm!! I know its late but let me remind you, single girl dad, crazy world, always on edge... Back to it.. dinner, 7pm, exhausted. Now the water is still not getting hot. By this time I was so upset but slowly realizing there is nothing I can do. This morning I called PRIME PLUMBING, to which above mentioned (im so sorry again 😭😭😭😭) appointment setter, (now that I think about it she was probably not an appointment setter... ) answered the phone. After a couple minutes she told me that Gabriel was scheduled to go to a different job but that After he would head to my house. At 1230 this afternoon he called me and said that he was going to grab a new unit and he would knock it out!! At 3:57 Gabriel called me back and said that I was GOOD-TA-GOOOOOO ( he did INFACT say it with his chest) I was jumping up and down in pure delight. All of that after wiping a 😢 from my (HAMDSOME 😉) face. After getting home, can you guess what I did?!?!?! Yes, : insert Chris Farley <Billy Madison > " That isss corrreeeccccttt" meme : I did infact check to see if I finally had hot water. After dropping to my knees and holding my hands to the sky, lifting my head up towards the oh so beautiful heavens at the speed of light. I FRICKEN HAD HOT WATER GUYS!!!!! Moral of the story... trust the folks at PRIME PLUMBING. They are extremely professional and very polite. If you are still reading this..... thanks for reading and trying to comprehend what I was trying to say. Remember I sell cars, not write novels... Love ya ♥️♥️ k bye 👋
