  Artic Air does a wonderful job! Erin was great. He was thorough, explained things well, and gave excellent customer service. So glad I switched last year to Artic Air from the horrible Pink Trucks. Artic takes great care of their customers and deals honestly about their services!

  Bryttan was great: courteous, professional, efficient, and answered my questions nicely. He was also well within the 2-hr appointment window, so we didn't get held up waiting and waiting... Bryttan gave us recommendations for upcoming maintenance/possible repairs, without pressuring us to get any of it done right now. Thank you Bryttan!

  Erin was very professional and explained everything he was servicing on our air conditioner. He replaced a part and showed me the original part so I could see that it needed to be replaced.

  Our whole hvac system needed to be replaced and I am very happy my neighbor referred us to Arctic Air. Jason was very caring and offered to find us a portable AC unit as we were working on getting the funding in order. We also had to replace our disconnect box (not sure what that is but he explained it to us) and he referred an electrician that did the work knowing we didn’t have the funds in order. The 2 technicians he sent to our house were so very fast and efficient. I will be working with and referring both Mythic Power Electric and Arctic Air every chance I get. They also sent us a thank you card after the work and payment were received. Thank you again for making this stressful experience less stressful and actually enjoyable!
