- MMMarineApr 4, 20263.0Great people ! Products not so much ! In less than a year 2 of my 3 windows have failed and had problems. I paid over 10k for three windows and a door. Since then I personally replaced All my homes other windows with Pella lo E from Lowes at a cost of $350 each with trim and paint. Installed myself @ 2 hrs each. No Pella failures and the quality of Pella seems far better. Still waiting to get my windows fixed. Tech told me one is Bowed and he is going to heat it up and bend it back 🤣 I worked construction for 40 years. That is Not a fix it's a bandaid. The windows obviously have a design flaw to warp ! 2 of the three won't lock ! The door was installed with a split Jamb... I made them replace the entire door. The new one came scratched. Live and learn. One more try then I want them removed and refunded . This is a joke ! But all employees have been nice 👍
