Conner, Joe, Alex and Colton were amazing to work with they were professional and thorough and so friendly very family oriented company! They asked too if we had any concerns which they always answered . I will use Wickstrom from now on and recommend them to family and friends!

After draining all the water from the hole it was discovered that it was the meter that had failed. Colton was so good about contacting Veolia and explaining everything. The whole crew was just fantastic during a rather stressful event. Everyone were professional, knowledgeable & considerate. Thank you Conner, Jake, Colton, Cody and crew and Mary Ann & Helen! The Wickstrom staff truly cares about their customers.

Most recently, once of their Tech’s, Ryan, was out and he went above and beyond. He and Morgan ended up relocating the entire system so that it would work as intended and no longer have issues. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a better example of truly owning something and making it right. Thank you Ryan and Morgan for your excellent service!
