  Had a good buying experience and got a great deal on my shed. Matt laid out my options and pricing and showed some models. The builder arrived on time and build was to satisfaction. Can't ask for much more.

  I spoke with Jeff Hughes about getting a lean-to. I had several concerns about the location and how that might conflict with installation reqs. He addressed all those concerns clearly, made some helpful suggestions about painting (which he discounted for us to do ourselves), and fortunately we were able to go ahead with the installation with everyone happy. Overall the installation was great. There were some minor issues with the roof, specifically how the drip edge shingles and the drip edge itself were installed. To their credit, Tuff Shed promptly scheduled a follow-up to address those issues, but I declined as they won’t require much effort to mitigate myself, and, frankly, are the kinds of details that even professional roofers often miss. Solid, well-built shed with quality materials that I have little doubt will last for years.
