Jerry, the sales associate was extremely rude and raised his voice to me when asked for an exchange and questioned their policy. My contractor made a mistake by purchasing a laminate instead of vinyl. Jerry said I had to wait 2 weeks for a check to be issued to the contractor. Why would they send a check to someome who didn't pay for product? He had an account and picked it up. I wtote the check. It seems very shady!! The restocking fee is outrageous too! I will tell everyone to avoid this place.
