Would have been 5 minutes or less if I had been allowed to speak to the store directly. But phone agents also need to listen to the customer. When I say I need to see if an order I placed arrived in Pocatello, there is no need for the agent to call Idaho Falls. I had already spoken to the Idaho Falls branch when they called me to verify that the tub had arrived there, and they were sending it on to Pocatello yesterday. Unnecessary run around and long hold times have made for an unhappy customer. Update per the response from the owner. Once again, listen to what the customer is saying, or in this case, typing. I'm not having an issue with the products I ordered, nor do I have a need to order any other products, appropriate or otherwise.
