We went in and picked out all of our doors, glass in doors, windows, trim, doorknobs, ect..... we went several months in advance talk to Jennifer and she wrote something down and that's about as far as it went....got the right doors, we'll some of them, one exterior door was just whatever they decided we could have because come time to install we was told the one we picked out 2 or so months in advance would be 6 weeks to order in, we didn't want to wait six weeks so we got a different door. 😠 Then the worst thing was we told them we wanted real paint grade trim no mdf Well upon trim delivery.....ugh that's not available....so we would have had to go somewhere else and pay an additional $5,000 so once again we were compromising and put barely better than cardboard on our house. We ordered frosted glass for bathroom windows, didn't get that. After picking everything out plenty in advance, I have to tell you don't bother!!
