- LJLisa JordanSep 8, 20251.0Avoid Unless You're a Big Builder I spent a month trying to get a bid for lumber and trusses for our home. Despite multiple calls and emails, I couldn’t even get a quote. I was told this "isn’t how they do business," and they promised my request would be a top priority. Every time I followed up, it was pushed out. After all that, I was finally told they were too busy — and they still hadn’t even started on my bid. Unless you're a large contractor bringing in high-volume business, don’t expect to get any real service here.
