- RGRob Griffith6 days ago2.0The customer service is horrible. Everyone around us who has Bosso has had problems with them as they will quit functioning. Getting someone out to look at them is comical, if not impossible. When they work they are very nice.

You can't ever talk to anyone live you have to text and hope they respond back. When we finally got them to respond they said itll take a month to fix. Then when someone was supposed to fix them, the called and stated their truck broke down. So we rescheduled. Then they never showed up. We are so done and so regretting spending $6,000 for a pile of crap. We are escalating this issue and going to the owner.

- RFRic FishJan 13, 20262.0After a terrible first impression and BBB complaint I was finally able to get the lights installed. Lights work as advertised but install is sloppy. Edges don’t line up, tubing looks bent in places and the conduit they use is plastic wire loom attached to outside the house. I tried several times to get in touch with the team with no response. Would not go through this again.
