- JHJacob HeldermanMar 11, 20245.0I met Blak Roc while working with a local school district. We decided to give their new and different product a shot in 2018. They did not disappoint. The product lasts years and absolutely outperforms a standard water based seal coat 10X over. Very professional, responsive, and to be honest, I would never use a water based sealcoat again after seeing the results 6 years later. The product speaks for itself.
