- CHcarl hayesFeb 22, 20261.0We bought a lot and went in to order our materials a couple months in advance because we knew most would be special order. We spent most of an afternoon picking out specific doors, windows, door knobs, and trim package. Then every step of the way as the materials showed up they weren't what we picked out. So I would call and tell them and they would say well those items are special order so you'll have to wait 6 weeks... THATS WHY WE CAME IN 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE!!! This happened on the doors, the windows, door handles and trim package!!! And every time it was a great inconvenience that I even notified them. Extremely disappointed. Aside from ordering the framing package I don't think I'd bother with them again.
