- CBCaleb BossertMay 11, 20231.0Have not used their services but tell their drivers to slow down on the freeway. Southbound I-15 white chevy with black chevy logo came blazing by us. Probably 95 - 100 miles an hour. Speeding in work zones and weaving in and out of lanes.
- EVEric VelasquezNov 29, 20182.0I was very pleased at first with their quick response to coming out and fixing the problem. The technician who replaced the AC units did a great job. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the frustration on them telling me that I was getting a 25 year warranty if I paid 850.00 more. I thought that sounded good. Once the work was completed, they notified me that it was wrong and they misspoke. It was only a 5 year warranty. They said sorry and would then give me a "discount" of only charging me what they "actually worked and not what was quoted" As if that's any good. I wouldn't expect to have to pay for a 30 hour job if you completed it in 24 hours! Would you really have charged me for those extra hours if you didn't in fact work them?!? That's so dishonest if you run your practice this way!!! This was very upsetting that they didn't see the frustration on my end. So in the future, I'd hire the technician, but never go through L & L EVER AGAIN. Save yourself the hassle and get a quote elsewhere. It could cost you big time.
