  Accurate offers the best home building in the area. They build quality homes with attention to details, finishes and customer service. This is our third Accurate home. Kevin, Brenda, Cari and the entire staff at Accurate have been amazing to work with. They care about every aspect of the building process and final product. We know they wanted us to be completely satisfied with each home. Each home has been beautiful and unique.

  This is not the first new construction we have built. We have, by far, had the most issues with this one. The internet can look at your price range. They can gather their own expectations. What they will get, in reality, is not what they would expect. You are either using cheap materials, poorly trained subcontractors, or both. Now, if that isn't enough, then you have to deal with unprofessional behavior from the top down. We have had to have every bit of our LVP replaced. Entire first floor, finished basement, all bedrooms. Did we hear a word from anyone other than the warranty person? "We know you've only been here 6 months, we're very sorry this happened?" Nope. All of the grout cracked in our bathrooms. It all had to be replaced. Any word from anyone other than the hourly employee working the warranty email? Nope. But, you put the truth out there for other potential buyers and then you finally hear from someone. They attempt to paint you as the bad guy and claim you are being "combative". Also, nope. We have all of the emails. We would be happy to put all of the truth out there for the internet if you would like. I can see where your employees get their poor customer service skills from. It's very sad to see a locally owned business run like this. You could have a really good thing going here if you could run it the right way.

  I had originally took the time to go through and write a thoughtful review reflecting on my experience. I now believe that is pointless and no meaningful change will come from it. We had to have our entire LVP floor replaced. We have multiple window issues and the grout all had to be done. Instead of an apology, I get called combative and uncivil because I disagree with some of the quality of repairs being made under warranty. I guess holding people to a high standard on a near $900k home is wrong. After not receiving any reviews for 4 years, now people who had their homes built up to 20 years ago are being solicited for reviews to offset ours. Amy, Elvir and our trim carpenters were awesome. Amy and Elvir have work their tails off to make sure we’re happy.
