The person on the phone clearly did not want to talk to me and told me that’s where Culligan delivers. I’m disappointed that this business is not interested in delivering water to my house even though I’m in their deliverable area. I’m also very surprised that the person who answered the phone was that clearly annoyed that she had to speak with me.
