  I had problems with them when I purchased tile from them. Then I gave them a second chance on carpet. Granted I didn't have them come over and do their own measuring but I gave them the demisions for the three rooms and size of the tread,rise and number of steps to be carpeted. Now I get a bill in the mail and when I called they said they have to charge me extra $4.00 for each step I had carpeted. One would think that if you buy carpet for the steps you would want that done also. I had enough carpet to do it all so my measuring was right on. I guess I was suppose to do the steps. Sorry but will never do business with again.
