Then fast forward a few years and the center of the huge room we had carpeted heaved up down the center. Called and asked what they can do or what we needed to do, to which they responded with, ‘you chose cheap carpet!’ I actually didn’t even check prices, I went with the most expensive carpet pad they had and chose a carpet FROM THEM that I liked.. no Thanks!!!
