- AFAllen FitchOct 11, 20225.0We had trouble with a small enclosed trailer we were pulling on Hwy 20 in Sioux City, IA on 10-11-22 early afternoon. The hitch came off the ball on the pickup and we could not get it back on. The driver went to purchase some tools so we could work on the ball hitch. Kathy Waitt (territory manager) was the only person to stop to see if she could help in any way. She mentioned many times that we needed to get off the busy road. She made a call to a mechanic and was trying to help us the best she could. The driver did get back and we were able to get the hitch back on the ball. She even asked us to call her when we got back on the road or to call her if we were unable to repair the hitch so she could send a mechanic. Thank you Kathy Waitt for caring enough to help out 3 guys that were stranded for a couple of hours.
