- ECErnest CaseyMay 31, 20231.0Rented some equipment for a job. When I attempted to get to work, I found out the machine wasn't charged. Lost half a day. This caused me to rent for a second day. On day 2 the machine wouldn't function consistently. Called and had to wait over an hour for technician. I requested all these factors be considered and a partial refund. My rental agreement said nothing about a deposit and I wasn't charged one. Once I asked for some money back though, there suddenly was a deposit that just happened to cancel out any refund I got...I don't intend to continue renting from here which is unfortunate since this wasn't my first rental here and wouldn't have been my last.
