  Courteous service, good communication, kept the house clean, worked efficiently until the job was done and explained new equipment well. Great job, Nicholas. Always good service from Kalin’s! Also had follow up appointment the next day by Mikah. Great work by him checking settings and answering our questions. Prompt and courteous phone answering on a Saturday.

  Nate did a great job - familiar with the equipment and our home set up. I liken the maintenance contract to a yearly health exam. It’s important to be assessed when you’re well- that’s the best base. Fix if needed along the way. Nate is an asset to your company with his expertise and demeanor.

  Extremely pleased with the 3 gentlemen that came to our home and installed our new furnace and A/C. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after they were done, and displayed professionalism in all aspects. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new furnace.

  The whole Kalins team was great to work with from my initial call to schedule maintenance to the install of a whole new furnace/AC unit. Bill was the first one to come check it out, he was super friendly and offered great support. He suggested Josh to come out and give me quotes on a new unit and he explained all of the unit and financial options, he was great to work with. Then Nick and Luke were here for the install and were awesome, they walked me through the similarities and differences between my old unit and the new one and what to expect. They showed me how to work the new thermostat and were nice guys to work with and have in my home. All the guys were very nice and respectful through out the process and id highly recommend this crew and Kalins to anyone needing heating and cooling services!

  We had a great experience with our new water heater installation. The team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They even asked ahead of time if they could bring a couple extra people along for training, which I thought was really great to see. Jeremy V. and Jeremy S. did a great job explaining to those training. Brady, Mikah, and Ivan left the area cleaner than when they started, carefully leak-tested everything, and installed a device that will alert me if there’s ever a water leak — which gives me a lot of peace of mind. They also took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I understood it all before they left. Overall a really positive experience and great service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!
